Well organized, well publicized projects that garner accolades and involve the general public are all well and good, but there is something to be said for disorganized, decentralized random acts of doing the right thing, like walking the same part of the watershed regularly and doing what you can when you can without a lot of brouhaha. One Rotarian, one hour nets one glove, one shoe, 23 items of random trash, 14 filter tips. 3 bags of dog doo doo and a recyclable can. Don’t worry, there will still be a lot to clean up on the “Official Day” on April 23
